Job searching lived in a dozen tabs.
Job searching was spread across job boards, browser tabs, notes, resumes, and generic AI comparisons. There was no single place to capture opportunities, judge fit, and decide where application time should go.
The build.
Pixlode built Apply To It as a complete job-search platform, bringing together a Chrome extension, web application, and AI-powered resume analysis into one connected experience.
The browser extension captures opportunities directly from job sites like LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter, while the web application gives users a central place to organize and evaluate them. AI compares resumes against job descriptions, identifies strengths and gaps, and supports its assessments with evidence from both documents, helping job seekers decide which opportunities deserve their time.
Behind the scenes, the platform also includes user authentication, onboarding, subscription and usage management, AI integrations, and the infrastructure needed to run and maintain the service.
Rather than building a standalone AI feature, Pixlode developed the interconnected systems needed to turn an idea into a functioning software product.
