Work

Real problems. Working software.

A few examples of what happens when software stops being something on the list and somebody actually owns it.

Active alpha Product build · Chrome extension + web app

Apply To It

The Apply To It homepage asking whether you should even apply, with an example job match score of 86 beside the headline and the three score bands below it.
Problem

Job searching was scattered across boards, tabs, notes, resumes, and generic AI comparisons.

Built

A browser extension and web app that capture jobs passively and evaluate them against your resume.

Outcome

One connected workflow, taken from idea to a deployed product with auth, onboarding, and usage controls.

02
Ongoing client work Client work · Operational software

Workflow software

The data portal building an export job: a preview of invoice rows on the left, and a schedule panel on the right setting the job to run daily at 6:00 AM and write Parquet files to an S3 archive.
Problem

Data exports ran on scripts shared by the team. As the business grew, the workflow needed to grow with it.

Built

A Power BI connector built for any customer, then a data portal that builds, schedules and runs export jobs for several clients from one dashboard.

Outcome

One process, one version: anyone on the team installs the portal, runs the jobs they need, and the rest run on schedule.

Kindness By Mail

The Kindness By Mail homepage, with three children holding letters beside a mailbox and the four steps of how the service works below.
Problem

A supervised pen-pal service for children, where staff open, scan, review and track every letter before it goes on: a pipeline no off-the-shelf storefront could model.

Built

Customer site, parent accounts, and internal ops: subscription billing, matching, letter scanning and review, QR code tracking of every letter, staff admin.

Outcome

Software shaped around how the service actually runs, not around a plugin’s limits.
